The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and the gym was perfect for keeping up with our workouts. We enjoyed relaxing by the heated swimming pool and the sunny terrace. One thing I'd suggest is improving the breakfast options a bit, but it didn’t put a damper on our experience! 😊

i had a wonderful stay with clean rooms and friendly staff. I loved being just a few steps from the plaza del zapato and a short walk to the stunning cathedral basilica of our lady of the light, making my city strolls truly enjoyable. it's also conveniently close to the forum cultural guanajuato, perfect for immersing in local art and culture.

The muesli at breakfast was a pleasant surprise, fresh and filling! Plus, the gym was well-equipped and open 24/7—perfect for those late-night workouts! Also, if you're a shopaholic, you’re just a hop away from spots like La Estancia Argentina and Rincon Gaucho for some local grub.

I did have a little mix-up with my room. I didn’t get the one I booked. Plus, the bed felt tired and the carpet was a bit funky. Overall, it still shone through.
